Selah
Monthly sessions of movement and meditation.
The 4th Saturday of Every Month at 9am in the Village Hall
(Occasionally subject to change - check fb and the home page for up to date details) The Idea... Run by the vicar's wife who is a Registered Exercise Professional these monthly sessions offer an alternative way into Christian Spirituality. It is for those who wouldn't dream of setting foot in traditional church as well as for those who just want something a bit different. The sessions combine a series of gentle flowing postures with Christian inspired meditation. |
